Information for Ministries

Fellowship Sunday Guidelines

  • Each Ministry Group is notified in advance by referring to the schedule
  • The Ministry Group decides the menu
  • The Ministry Group representatives should be in the PLC room by 7 AM
  • There are 8 tables and 25 chairs in the PLC room for use
  • Get coffee, juice, and water set up (remember to put something to catch spills and drips)
    • Coffee provided by Parish
    • Group provides juice
  • Plan on serving 100 to 150 people
  • Paper goods provided by Parish:
    • Plates
    • Forks
    • Spoons
    • Stirrers
    • Napkins
    • Cream & sugar
    • Coffee cups
    • Juice cups
  • PLC room has coffee urn, jug for juice, and jug for water
  • Clean-Up
    • Wash coffee urn, just pot
    • Wipe and fold tables and chairs and return to where they were found
    • Sweep and mop floor
    • Turn off fans and secure windows
    • Empty trash into large trash can

*** At the end of each Mass, please have Ministry Group's members stationed at each exit door of the church to invite parishioners and visitors to come and fellowship with each other.***
